for Philippine Players

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an fd777 account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

2 Account Rules and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fd777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered contact details. FD777 will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other channel.

You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated that activity. 3 Deposits and PHP Wallet

All funds deposited to your fd777 account are held in a PHP wallet associated with your account. Deposits may be made using supported Philippine payment methods, which currently include GCash, Maya, Philippine online/mobile banking, and local bank transfer. FD777 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods for gaming transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. FD777 does not charge a platform fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. FD777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues on the payment provider's side. 4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your PHP wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your fd777 account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

FD777 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining PHP wallet balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. FD777 will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by law.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily and have a positive PHP balance, you may request a withdrawal of eligible funds before closure, subject to standard verification requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FD777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• The outcome of any game on the platform.
• Technical faults, interruptions, or delays outside of fd777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by you based on information published on third-party websites or platforms.

FD777's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
